[INDIVIDUALS/SMALL GROUPS]
Eligibility:
Unless an individual has received previous teacher recommendation or approval, dancers must be 12 years old or older and on an advanced level to book any of the services below. If you wish to inquire about eligibility or to request an exception through submission – please email us.
Packages & General Booking:
Prior to purchasing a package, all clients will have access to a calendar to view calendar availability and to book the first session of the package. After the package is purchased, the remaining sessions can be booked. Please note that calendar availability is only available 2 weeks in advance (calendar bookings go live on the 15th and 30th of each month). Group packages have separate booking instructions listed under any applicable package.
Location:
Unless a virtual option is noted, sessions are currently conducted in-person at C-Unit Studio in Maryland. Elina is also available to teach on-site in DC/Maryland/Virginia at a provided location (booking the location & costs incurred are the client’s responsibility). On an individual basis, Elina may be available for travel or to provide individual/small group services listed when traveling for other bookings. Please inquire directly about this possibility.
Expiration:
All packages are intended to be used/scheduled within one month of purchase and will automatically expire 30 days after purchase.
*Semi-Private & Small Group Sessions:
Select packages are available to small groups of 2-4 dancers with similar levels of technical training and/or goals. All pricing listed is “per dancer” (besides duo/trio cleaning). You can learn more about booking a group session and any specific instructor recommendations under each applicable package
Uploading & Viewing Further Materials
If you have or the instructor has requested any further materials (such as video footage, music etc.) - you may upload it into your account under "Content" by logging in and clicking "Content". This is also where you will be able to view any materials from the instructor if applicable.
*Recommended Hours & ”Stacking” Packages:
Please note that the offered services are designed to be specific/goal oriented, and concentrated within a specified time period with consecutive. Elina only books packages of classes and is not available for individual lessons or for services not listed at this time. All package options contain the # of hours/sessions recommended and cannot be swapped with other packages or bookings (each package contains details about what is included). If a dancer wishes to schedule more hours, focus on other possible areas, or expand upon a series – another package will need to be purchased (they can be “stacked” as desired based on individual needs.
*Unused Hours & Cancellation Policy:
Clients can view instructor availability prior to booking, as well as book all sessions immediately upon purchase. We ask that you consider your availability beforehand, and highly recommend booking all sessions at the same time to avoid time slots filling up. If a customer is not able to schedule all sessions or hours provided within the time frame required – no refunds, transfers, or pro-rating will be provided (see below for exception) and the session may not be transferred to a different package type. A new package must be chosen & purchased at this time to schedule further sessions. Any modifications, including rescheduling/cancellation, can be done in the client portal, and must be done more than 24 hours before a session. After that, no refunds or rescheduling options will be offered.
*Refund Exception:
The only exception to the refund policy applies if a teacher is no longer able to provide availability for the client to schedule all sessions in a package after more than 3 days of purchase. In this case, the customer would have the chance to extend the package or to receive a refund based on the unused # of sessions (pro-rated).
